Welcome to Retrocrafts. We take pride in producing high-quality, made-to-order collectible league ladders. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order, as they explain your rights and obligations as a customer.

By placing an order with Retrocrafts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Accuracy

Retrocrafts league ladders are produced using the most accurate information available at the time of publication. However, football authorities may occasionally alter the structure of leagues, and clubs may change names, grounds, or other details. These situations are outside our control and may affect the accuracy of the products after purchase.

We aim to resolve these situations as follows:

  • Where an error is our fault (e.g. we’ve published incorrect or outdated information):

    • We will replace the item on request with a corrected item, free of charge.

  • Where an error arises beyond our control (e.g. league or club details change after we’ve published):

    • We will issue a free “fix pack” on request, excluding the cost of postage.

    • Where you would prefer a full replacement product (e.g. for collector purposes), we will replace it at 50% of the original cost, with free postage and no need to return the original item.

2. Delivery

  • Order Processing
    All products are made to order. Dispatch times vary but are typically within 1 working days. If you provided an email address, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery Address Accuracy
    Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details, including house numbers and postcodes, as we cannot refund or replace items where incomplete or incorrect information results in non-delivery.

  • Undeliverable Orders
    If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we’re happy to resend it once we have the correct address. In such cases, a further postage charge may apply.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because each Retrocrafts league ladder is made to order, we can only accept returns or offer refunds where:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • We’ve made an error with your order.

If your order has been damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can put things right as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • We cannot offer refunds where incorrect or incomplete delivery details were provided at checkout.

  • We cannot refund items that are returned to us undeliverable unless you choose to have the item resent and cover the cost of redelivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

All footballer images used within our products are fictional and for illustrative purposes only. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. Kits and visual elements are aggregated and stylised to evoke the featured leagues but do not imply any official affiliation with or endorsement by the clubs, players, leagues, or brands represented.

If you are a rights holder and believe your intellectual property has been used inappropriately, please contact us. We will review and remove any content promptly upon request.
